Concurrent Connections

If a User signs onto to a Windows 2000 or NT network, and then signs on to Terminal Server (with Citrix), how many concurrent logons are needed to sign on to the Windows network and Terminal Server? Please, explain answer. Follow-on: If you know, is this true for Netware 4x or 5x?
