Conecting to remote server on Wan whilst

I’m have a serious problem, whilst dialled up to the internet, i cannot conect to remote servers on the wan, when connected to the internet the isp dns address is the default and i cannot ping
anything on the wan.

does anyone have anyideas im using a Win 2000 pro system.
