CONFIGURE 2 isp in 1 network

iam looking for solution in my problem,., i want to configure 2 ISP in my computer shop, because 1 of my ISP is always DISCONECTED,., so i use another ISP,. i want to configure both so that it will no longer to be disconected,., please answer my question and give me the network topology,. and all the hardware componets that i will use
