Configuring a WinNT & 98 network

I have a WinNT wkstn and a Win98 wkstn that
I’m trying to configure into a network. The
WinNT is the primary wkstn. I’ve assigned
IP/subnet addr to the WinNT and Win98 but they are not recongnizing each other. What I need is a play by play guide to configuring the two together from scratch.
