Configuring DHCP SERVER

Hi all

I am using the Windows NT 4.0 server.I had configured the DHCP server on it .Client are also getting the IP from the DHCP servr.I want to assine the subnet mask of c class and the IP of class A .Is it possibe to configure the DHCP server like this .If yes then can u please giude me how.
