Configuring TCP/IP via DOS

We are running Win95 clients on a Netware LAN using TCP/IP. We are having problems with DNS being lost. Is there a way to edit the TCP/IP properties (ie DNS) via DOS? I would like to create a login script that automatically assigns the DNS settings in the event that they are lost. Thanks in advance.
