Connecting to a Cisco ubr942router

After connecting a Win2k server to a cisco ubr924 cable router. The static IP and DNS are correct. I can ping out to the web through the router using staight IP addresses. I can also ping my server externally from the web using another machine. However, I cannot ping and resolve URL’s or use my IE browser. The browser is configured correctly.
