Connecting to Internet from W2K Server?

Hi Guys,
I have w2k server installed on my pc at home for study purposes. However I can’t figure out how to connect to the internet. My modem doesn’t seem to be recognised by w2k. I installed the modem using the drivers from the a cd. I can see it in device manager and it says that it is working fine. I then get a message saying that there is hardware problem with my modem.
I remember in NT the I had to configure RAS to dial out only. How do I configure RAS for w2k server to do this.
Please help, I need the internet, Thanks
