Connecting TWO NT Domains

Hello folks,

We have a Ethernet LAN with about 100 users on NT4, using C class TCP/IP with static IP and NETBios. I am planning to connect of one of our remote european office who are on a separate NT4 domain running DHCP. Our PDC is NT4.0 & the exchange server is a BDC NT4/Ex 5.5. We r putting in a 128K link with Cisco routers. Effectively the remote office with become and extension of our LAN. They are on NT4, one server only.

What is the best way of connecting the severs so they can have limited access to file storage and the exchange server. Should we change them from DHCP to Static IP? Should we put in Trust or make their server a BDC/member serve or a better way?
