Connecting Windows 98 to Windows NT

Hi!…
i am facing this problem or you can say a task.. that i have to connect NT server .. with 98 machines…
the structure is this
i have 1 NT server & 9 – windows 98 machines..
i want to implement policies & pofiles.. on then .. to have a full control over the network.. as i dosen’t allow Nt server to administrate.. from server.. but do verifies user accounts from server…

if you may guide me to .. the proper way of how to … implement this i will be greatfull …
& one other thing.. the 98 machine on server would be added as… workstation or server..
i want a clear.. & productive answer..
