Connection Log for Terminal Server

I have Windows NT 4.0 running Terminal Server (with Citrix). I need to have a log of all connections and preferably disconnections. I have contacted Citrix and they say it has to be done through NT Terminal Server. Does anyone know where this optionis or how to turn it on? Any help would be worth the points awarded!
