Consistent Account Lockout

Hello there,

I support about 250+ users in a branch office on Windows 2000 platform, my problem is Users’ account gets locked when they change their password and at times when they return from lunch, their account would have been locked out.

They claim not to have been making typos when trying to log on; this is becoming unbearable, please assist.
