CONSOLE on 3Com Superstack II 3300

Okay then guys, try this on for size.

I need to get into the console for this switch, i have been onto the 3com website and tried there knowledge base, but no help. I have been able to get into my other switches which are ss2 3000 but the 3300 doesn’t have a reset button in order to get into the console!

This switch has been lying around in the office for ages and so we have no information about it! I have FORCED a bios upgrade via there serial software. Hoping that would fix it. But i still cannot get into the console or the web setup.

Once i get the connection made to the damn thing, I know what to do.

Going back to 3com is not a option.

Any help would be appreciated.
