Contact System Administrator…

I’m getting “This operation has been cancelled due to restricions in effect on this computer. Please contact your system administrator” when trying to access ‘internet options’ in IE5.5 and when trying to view folder ‘options’ in windows explorer.(win98) I suspect the answer(s) will be somewhere in the registry, but I don’t want to go poking around in there without some idea of where to begin. This is a home PC and we don’t have an in-house administrator…
