Control Panel:Add/Rem. Programs

machine: ibm netvista 6578-PBA

OS:win2k professional

RAM:128k SDRAM

HDD: IDE 20GB /7200RPM

Problem:
Add/Remove Programs Applet in Control Panel is not comming up at all.after a double click on it,the cursor icon is visible for a fraction of second as its opening the add/remove prog. window but nothing happens, had tried to access the same with Administrators login also and also in sfe mode of win2k,
os is already installed with SP2
