Control SIP movement in Win CE 3.0

We have a Windows CE version 3.00 program for the Pocket PC in which we are collecting data in edit boxes, and when tapping on the edit box, we automatically pull up the keyboard screen for the SIP.

However, we are running into a problem for editboxes that appear at the bottom of the screen, when tapping on the field–the SIP blocks viewing of the field. We have setup our program so the keyboard icon on the bottom right corner of the screen is not present, so there is no way to turn off the SIP, and when that field is tapped, there
is no way to see the field.

My question is, how can we get control of the SIP and move it to a different location on the screen when these fields are in focus?
