Converting addresses and bookmarks

My office is convering to W2K. In preparation they are switching browsers from Netscape to IE 5.0. My wife is on the leading edge. She wants to convert all of her addresses and bookmarks that she has had, and loves so dearly. I want to make thischange at home, so she can be prepared to use Outlook and IE 5.0. Help, please. I have points, but no time to research.
