cookies problem

Some people are having a problem of browsing out website. They can browse trough some part of the website but when they try to view our online catalogue they can not browse and see the images. They get cookie not found, you regected to accept our cookies message. Some of the computers that encounter this issue are brand new computers. Can you suggest any solution?
