Cookies Setup

I run into trouble anytime I visit any SITE collecting cookies. Even all cookies were setup ENABLE for both Netscape 4.7 and IE5.5, I still can’t get access to check emails at Yahoo.com, my.snap.com and other URL such as ecircles.com …
