copied admin profile incorrectly

I have copied the local admin profile to another user. I discovered the user could only do certain things (like install outlook) if I gave this user admin priviledges. My mistake is that when I copied the profile, I should have changed the “Permitted to Use” field to “builtin/users”. I do not wish to blow away the current profile for this user. How do I set the permissions on the profile after I’ve already copied it (in order to revoke the admin priviledges and keep profile)?
