Coping profiles

I have serveral locations that are connected by 56k frame to our main host. They are all winnt 4.0 machines and login with administrator to the local machine. I wish to change this and have each facility log in with a seperate account so I can take advantage of Microsoft exchange server and I want them to be apart of my domain. The question is: I want to know how to copy a profile from the user administrator to the user 36conv (example) without having to reinstall programs and setup internet explorer properties again. I want their desktop to look the same as it does logged in as administator
