Coppermine Flip Chip versus Slot 1

Anyone out there know of any sites that compare the flip chip versus the Slot 1. I am looking into either putting a dual system togther and need more information. I am either going to use an Abit board (supports flip chip) or Tyan board (slot 1).Thank you.
