Copy a file at login

I would like to know, how I can when a user logs in. Check to see if they are a sale staff and if so copy a power point file to there computer and make it run on thier next boot-up. The power point would only be one to four slides. and most of the sales staff will use a Dial up. This file would be changed Maybe daily or weekly. Would I name the file say (12-09.ppt) for December 9th and then on login if the file on the server is the same as on the client do nothing. If they are different replace the client file with the server ver.
