Copy a hard drive to bigger one, when both have data?

I have a 60gig hard drive that has My OS On it and data. I would like to copy those to my 160gig backup(Which was once standalone)I’m trying to once again make a standalone. But I’m not sure how to go about doing it. I cant wipe either disk because both have data I need. Any help or suggestions?
