Copy or Backup open file in NT

Hello is there anybody know a free utility that i can use to copy open file in NT. Please don’t advise CA or veritas as they are very expensive and what only i want is to copy only 2 or more open files in NT.

I downloaded before a dos utility called openNT but i lost my copy.
