copying disc to disc one cd-rom

I have installed KHRW482448 Hypermedia 46X write, 24X rewrite, 48X Read, and I am using Nero express to do my cd burning. In the manual, it talks about copying disc to disc if you have 2 CD-ROMs. My question is how do you go about doing this operation with only on CD-ROM?
Lets use the example of copying my Windows 98 disc. or my NortonSystem Works 2003 Professional edition.
