Copying large files w/ dos to floppies

Hello Fellow Techies,

I forgot what the switch or commands is to copy all the files from a directory larger than 1.44mb to many floppy disks in DOS. I believe you can do this correct? So that it will request you to insert another floppy disk rather than saying disk is full.
