Copying local User Profiles (Win2K)

We are a Win2k Shop and in the process of migrating our developers to a brand new domain. They are all members of dev1 domain
and we are going to migrate them to the development domain. We only use “Local” profiles and would like to know how tocopy their current profiles to the new domain in order to retain their local profiles??
