Copying one user profile onto another

I am trying to copying a copy of user whom current log into their windows 2000 machines administrator profiles on a new user account I have setup for them but each time I copy the administrator profile onto the new account which has power user previliges as suppose to administrator priviliges a get a windows explorer error then the machine crashes. Any help with problem will be greatly appreciated.
