Copying XP to new hard drive, xp wont load properly.

I used Norton Ghost to copy from my old ata to my Sata Raid array.

I picked the options, set drive active & copy MBR.

It boots, xp starts to load but then gets stuck on the blue screen with the small off center XP logo.

What am I forgetting to do to make this hard drive boot right?
