Corrupted video image.

Hello,

I have been experiencing some image degradation issues with both my Quicktime (Windows) and Real Player applications. When playing down a video clip, the bottom 1/3 of the image is distorted beyond recognition, while the upper 2/3 of the image seems to adjust wider to accomodate the resulting modified aspect ratio. How can I fix this problem?
