Corruption

We recently help job interviews for IT support assistants. In my branch of the company, we were required to recruit 2 people. Being the systems admin and the guy who was let more time to assess the candidates, i had given in my objective choices. Now am surprised, when this morning, the manager, and therefore big boss in the branch, came around introducing the two new employees he and his assistant had given the position. None of my guys was there, infact he brought in the rawest of them all……and now i hear one of them is his…..I want to know am not happy. Please friends, advise.
