Could not START WWW Service

Hello,

I have a PC running Microsoft Proxy Service 1.0 and IIS 3.0

2 years ago I stopped the Web Proxy Service and I kept the Winsock running. I stopped FTP and WWW services, too.

Today I tried to start the Web Proxy and the WWW service on the PC and I got the following error messages:

Web Proxy: Unknown
WWW: Error 0126: The Specified Module could not be found.

Any ideas… what might have happened?

3 months ago I applied the latest Microsoft patch for the Proxy Server, I donot known whether this caused any problem.
