CPU

Hi
My PC runs on win ME and when it is booting the first screen says that it runs on a Celeron CPU -MMX at 366MHZ.
In BIOS the CPU is set at 233MHZ.
Should i increase it to 366MHZ?
Why isn’t it autodetected at 366MHZ?
