CPU & memory usage counters

as a part of monitoring process i need to take CPU usage & Memory Usage counters from Performance Monitor. i need to do this an 20 servers all running Win2k servers (only 2 are Win NT Server). is there any tool which can automatically take the readings of these two counters given the server name. or is there any other way to automate this tedious process.
