CPU Upgrade Under NT Workstation 4.0

I have a workstation running NT Workstation 4.0. I upgraded the CPU from a Celeron 366 to a P3 667. I set the jumpers for the motherboard to except the new chip and when I booted it saw it correctly. However when NT started to boot I received this error message.. Windows NT could not start because the following file is missing or corrupt: \WINNT\System32\Config\SystemHardware Profile/Last Known Good menu. If anyone has any idea I would appreciate it.
