Crash Dump in NT

Please Help. My Company’s network uses Dell Optiplex workstations, they all run NT workstation 4.0. A common problem I have been having, is a blue screen, with an error which is as follows: “beginnning dump of physical memory” At the end of it, it says “contact your system administrator”
Most times, the only solution to this is to re-install the Operating system & applications, which can be very tiring. Please can anyone offer help as to how this problem can be prevented? Thank you.
