In a reason Tech e-mail Office newsletter, there was a tip on creating a single mailing label. I feel there is an easier and safer way to make a label than the one shown. Feeding labels back through multiple times runs the risk of a jam and labelsgetting stuck in your printer. Instead of creating labels as described, open the Envelopes and Labels box, go to the labels tab, select the type of label, and click New Document. Then go to each letter you created, highlight and copy the address and paste it into one of the labels on the blank sheet; repeat for each letter. Then print all the labels you need at one time.
