Create Autorun CD for HTML

I know how to create an autorun.inf for opening an application / *.exe but cannot find any info anywhere regarding the creation of an autorun CD for a (html)web-on-cd. I could load IE5 but not the index page and how what would one do about folks outthere usig other browsers such as Netscape??
