Create boot floppies

Sorry if my terminology is wrong, but what I need is get a boot floppy disk that will load the drivers of my tape device when I boot into FDISK. Or, I have installed MS-DOS 6.22, if I could get the tape device to be recognized and installed in dos. That would work to.
