Creating a report in MS Access with a field that points to an image

I am trying to create a report in MS Access in that one of the fields, instead of being text, points to an image I have saved on my hard drive. For example, if I have a field labeled “RATING” and that field is populated with values 1-3, instead of displaying 1-3 on the report, having a rating of “1” show up as a different image than rating “2” or “3”. I have the images, just need to know how this works.
