Creating a second Domain

I have one NT 4 Domain running
1 PDC with DNS, WINS & DHCP
1 BDC with DNS, WINS & DHCP
2 file servers on the same subnet

I would like to install a second Domain on a new NT 4 server on the same network using the same subnet. I would then like to access the first Domain from the new NT 4 server and mirror/copy the data from the both file servers. Any suggestions would be greatly appriciated.
