Creating a win 2k boot disk

I was wondering to create a win 2k boot disk incase you have boot up problems on a workstation, is it the same as NT4, where you have to copy NTLDR, BOOT.INI, NTDETECT to a floopy disc, i know that you can make a boot disc from the CD, but this makles a set up disc for install which is not what I want
