Creating Bootable CD Installation

Hi,
I would like to create a bootable CD Installation for Win2K Pro with the integrated files of SP3.
I try using the bootdisk image of the first floppy disk installation. The CD boots well, but reclaim the second floppy disk.
I try using a merged file (CDBOOT1+…+CDBOOT4), but it fail to boot.
Have anyone a solution?
