Creating File and Print Shares

I am planning to use Microsoft File and Print service failover using MSCS. I have two servers called CL1 and CL2 and I have created the Cluster. Now any one can help me how to create the Print and File share. I will appreciate if any one can give mestep-by-step guide to setup the File and Print failover service.
