Creating Login Scripts for Network Users

We are in the process of migrating to Windows 2000. As part of the migration, we
need to be able to move the login scripts from our Novell system to Windows 2000 server.

I need to know the process for this, and what tools are available to re-create if required login scripts under Windows 2000

I’m still in the learning curve for Windows 2000, so please make any replies user friendly.
