CREATING WIN 2000 NETWORK BOOT DISKS

Hello,
I need your assistance on how to create a network boot disk for windows 2000 clients. I need to do an over the network installation for about 20 computers all running windows 2000 Advanced server. Could you kindly let me know how to go aboutit? I’d really appreciate it.
