cross domain login

I have a user on another domain that needs to login to my win2k server. The Domains do not have a trust relationship, my BDC is NT4.0, My DB Server is on a Win2K server. How can I setup an account for her to use from her domain that will allow her to logon to mine? Setting up a trust relationship is not an option because of company policies. She is using Win2K pro.
