Cross Domain Printing

Someone on WIN98 in a different domain is unable to see a network shared printer on NT 4.0 WorkStation. Browsing the network on the WIN98 computer, only several computers are visible when there are over 350 computer on the network. Workstation which the network share printer on is not visible at all. Is this an issue of Domain trust relationships.
