Crystal Report – Forcing a Group Name

I will explain my problem.

Africa————0—–0—–0

Europe————30—-10—-67
Russia————0—–0—–0

If you see the above report, Africa & Russia does not have any value but still I want to make it appear in the report.

Now when I’am running the report for any month & if there is no value for any region thenthe region are missing in the report.

Is there any way where by I can force any of the region even if there is no value for it.

Please…. Looking for a response on this
